The purpose of this Microsoft Word Tips & Microsoft Word Help page is to provide and publish a simple Word template add-in for creating perpetual calendars.

You can use the add-in to create a calendar for this year, next year, last year or any year between 1900 and 2100).

When loaded, the add-in propagates a custom group "Perpetual Calendar" to the Word 2007/2010 Ribbon Add-Ins tab as shown below:

When the user clicks the "Calendar Maker" button control, a userform is presented with options for creating several available calendar designs.

After the add-in creates your calendar, print only the pages you want.

      2. This tips page, illustrations and examples were developed using Word 2010. It is wholly functional with Word 2007/13/16 and easily adaptable to Word 2003 or earlier.
