 Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Wood Spirit
This is a picture of a knot in a dinette table we have.  The face (or wood spirit) of a young girl jumps out at me.  The two dark dots in the center form the eyes.

TRIDENT II\D5 INFORMATION

I started my Navy career as an enlisted missile technician.  The USS James K. Polk deployed the Poseidon C3 missile.  USS Daniel Boone and USS Von Steuben deployed the Trident I\C4 missile.

Simply Eloquent When USS Honolulu surfaced near the North Pole she apparently freed an Ice Sprit.  I like looking for human forms in photographs.  Here I see a face formed in the fractured ice. You think you know cold?  Try "butt cold."  I pity these poor USS PHILADELPHIA sailors mooring at New London, CT

""Tenacity, Dick -- stay with the bastard till he's on the bottom."
Mentoring at its best.  CDR Dudley "Mush" Morton (CO USS WAHOO) to his XO LCDR Dick O'Kane who went on to command USS TANG and is considered one of the best wartime submarine COs in history.
